3. Payments

• Payment terms vary depending on the type of service ordered.
• For custom development projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
• Invoices must be paid according to the schedule agreed upon or as stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, our refund policy is as follows:

• Custom Development Projects: Non-refundable once the project has started and resources have been allocated.
• Digital Products (e.g., WordPress Plugins): All sales are final unless the product is proven to be non-functional and we are unable to fix the issue.
• Subscription-Based Services: Cancel at any time. No refunds for the current billing period once started.

To request a refund, contact support@excelcommercesolutions.com within 7 days of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, content, designs, and intellectual property created by Excel Commerce Solution LLC remain our property until full payment is made.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed code for a specific client is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to reuse generic components for future work.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our software or systems.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any unlawful or unauthorized use.

You may cancel your account or services at any time by contacting us at support@excelcommercesolutions.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excel Commerce Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for those Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excel Commerce Solution LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes have been posted means you accept the new Terms.
