Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Excel Commerce Solution LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Excel Commerce Solution — Beauty Academy (the “Academy”), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico with a business address at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #2389, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. By creating an account, accessing the Academy, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a course.
2. Course Access and License
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access that course’s content for your own educational use. Course access is verified and managed server-side and is tied to your individual account – sharing your account or course access with others is not permitted and may result in suspension of access without refund.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Whop. We do not collect or store your payment card details. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you complete checkout, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including video, text, images, and downloadable materials, is owned by Excel Commerce Solution LLC or its instructors and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or otherwise share course content without our prior written consent.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion confirm that you completed a course’s required lessons. Unless explicitly stated on a specific course page with supporting information, our certificates are certificates of completion only – they are not government-issued licenses, professional certifications, or guarantees of employment, income, or business results.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Academy, attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures, upload unlawful content, or use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Academy and all course content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that course content will meet your specific requirements or result in any particular outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excel Commerce Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Academy. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Academy shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing a claim against us, you agree to first contact us at support@excelcommercesolutions.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Academy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Excel Commerce Solution LLC regarding the Academy.
